Floor Fitting in Cambridgeshire
A floor is only as good as what's underneath it. The subfloor gets sorted first, so the finish sits properly and wears well — the large-format tiled floor in a recent kitchen refit went down on exactly that kind of prepared base.
Flooring types we fit
- Screed floors — liquid and sand-cement screeds poured flat, ready for tile, vinyl or wood. Suits new extensions, kitchens and wet rooms.
- Tile floors — porcelain, ceramic and natural stone, cut, laid and grouted with full-bed adhesive, herringbone and pattern layouts included.
- Laminate — laid with proper underlay and expansion gaps, so it doesn't creak or lift later.
- Solid wood — oak, ash, walnut and engineered boards, fitted, sanded and finished. Advice given on the right board for the room and subfloor.
Subfloor preparation is included
Levelling, repair, reinforcement or replacement before any finish goes down — a concrete slab that needs screeding, floorboards that need re-securing, a dip that needs filling. It gets sorted first.

- Clean working — dust sheets down, offcuts bagged, site left tidy each day
